With a focus on La Cocina Mexicana, Encanto will offer its classic menu offerings A La Carte such as the Whole Branzino ($44) a butterflied and de-boned Mediterranean sea bass rubbedin toasted chili-citrus flavors,thyme and mole verde; and Sherry-Marinated Skirt Steak($44) dry-aged for 45days and charred to the perfection of medium rare,served with smashed and fried fingerling potatoes and salsa macha. Don’t forget to accompany the delectable plates with sides such as Rancho Gordo Frijoles($12) made with burnt black garlic pureeand fermented fresno sauce;or the popular Mexican Street Corn($9) drizzled with balsamic andserved with a manchego dip.
